What limits adoption of interventions already known to work?
Needs experts
Background
Several public-health interventions have well-established effect sizes and remain unadopted at scale. The binding constraint is not knowledge. This asks what it is, in enough structural detail to be acted on — and it is here partly because it is exactly the kind of question that attracts little funding relative to its importance.
Why it is at the frontierFlagged as neglected relative to backer interest.
Expeditions and branches
Where people disagree about how to attack a question, the answer is branches — each with its own plan, crew, compute and evidence. Branches are never merged by vote.
No expedition has formed yet. It forms when the question attracts compute and a crew.
